Innotra LLC and the TSEA (http://techexport.org/?lang=en) organized and held a Russian-Malaysian business meeting in the field of information and communication technologies. The Malaysian delegation was headed by the ITRAMAS Company (https://www.itramas.com/) Following the results of the business meeting, trilateral documents were signed (between TSEA, ITRAMAS and Innotra LLC) including Memorandum of Understanding and Memorandum of agreement, in accordance with which Innotra LLC was appointed as Project Operator of the Russian-Malaysian Projects.

The Russian electronic industry development model proposed by Innotra LLC was accepted by the State. The development model is based on the infrastructure which includes the Association of Design Centers and MiniFab as the core of the infrastructure. A consortium of microelectronics Design Centers was established.

In accordance with Order No. 3276 of August 21, 2018, issued by Denis V. Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Dr. Alexei Danilin was included in the interagency workgroup for interdepartmental microwave photonics coordination program project development.

Dr. Alexei Danilin took part in the strategic session of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation "Business Opportunities in the Southeast Asia Countries". The prospects of the Russian high-tech business in the Southeast Asian countries were discussed. The general opinion is that the countries of Southeast Asia are an ideal place to enter the world market and a springboard for Russian high-tech business development.

Innotra LLC, Axbio Inc (USA), Elta LLC (Russia), and the Management of Technounity Zelenograd Enterprises Cluster (www.technounity.ru) have held negotiations concerning possible cooperation in the development of promising sequencing methods.

Experiments confirmed the high mechanical characteristics of protective diamond-like nanocoatings for surgical stents. The bending tensile strength of the coatings and the elasticity of the stents with applied coatings were studied for stents manufactured by Gore Co. (USA), as test specimens.
